CLARA is committed to preserving and renewing the traditions of Puglia by transforming ancient knowledge into shared experiences.
From craftsmanship to folk melodies, traditional cuisine to the discovery of wild herbs, each project blends creativity and research to keep the region’s memory alive. Through creative workshops for all ages, experiences that intertwine the history of Puglia with the peasant customs of the past, and interactive exhibitions dedicated to traditional handmade objects, the knowledge passed down orally through generations is collected, studied, and reinterpreted to create a bridge between the past and present.
Craftsmanship becomes the unifying thread of a narrative that explores trades, customs, and flavours, celebrating the historical and cultural heritage of Puglia with a contemporary outlook.
